The Can of Pumpkin Puree …

… that kept on giving.

I bought a can of ED Smith pumpkin puree to make a pumpkin pie for Canadian Thanksgiving.

Then I made some no churn pumpkin ice cream, apple-pumpkin cupcakes and pumpkin waffles with the other half of the can. Cause that’s just how bored I was.

    1. Thank you though I don’t know that I’d call it a skill. Just free time that should be spent doing other, less fun, things. I’m easily distracted. 😉

  1. You certainly got a lot of use out of that one can of pumpkin purée. Everything looks so good too. I usually freeze leftover purée and promptly forget about it. I’ll bookmark your ideas for the future.

    1. I’ve done the ‘forgetting’ pretty often as well so I wanted to use it up as soon as I could. Cooking for one means leftovers in some form are a regular part of my cooking experience. 🙂

PS: I was going to make a pumpkin roulade but ran out of puree.
