Grocery Shopping in the Era of Covid-19

So, I combined a trip to The Beer Store (Ontario, Canada) to return some empties (beer and wine bottles and cans, money donated to charity) with a trip to Food Basics to pick up some pantry items (giant package of paper towels) and snacks.

I MAY have finished all the chips and the Jos Louis snack cakes.

On the plus side, I haven’t popped open a can of beer yet. (Cause I’m not a barbarian … my beer accompanies the matching cuisine.)

  1. Shopping during the time of Covid has certainly changed. I’ve not ventured to a market yet even though most of my friends have. It looks like you got the things that make you happy and that is very important during this stage of our life. 😁

  2. Some necessities and a few treats. Keeping it ‘normal’. 🙂

I haven’t been to the ‘city market’ this year. I don’t even know if it’s back open, to be honest. On the negative side, all off Ontario has entered Stage 3 of re-opening … except for our area.
